VEHICLE FORFEITURE TO CONTINUE BEYOND FESTIVE DRINK DRIVE CAMPAIGN
REPEAT drink drivers will continue to face losing their vehicles following the success of a four-week campaign.
During the ACPOS campaign Scottish police forces, Crown Office and the Scottish Government warned that tougher action would be taken on repeat drink drivers and they would face the prospect of having their vehicles taken away.

POLICE SERVICE RESPONDS TO THREAT TO CHILDREN
The police service in Scotland has responded robustly to the growing threat to child safety represented by the on-line abuse of children and the distribution of indecent images of children. Operation Alba is a Scotland-wide operation involving the eight Scottish police forces, the Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency (SCDEA), Crown Office and the Child Exploitation and On-line Protection Centre (CEOP). ACPOS PRESIDENT WELCOMES CRIME SURVEY RESULTS
